Every user who joins Cryptex automatically becomes an affiliate. Share your personal referral link, grow your network, and earn rewards from your team’s activity. No application process, no fees — your earnings scale with your affiliate level.
1. Eligibility
To use Cryptex, you must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use digital asset services in your country of residence. We do not accept users from the United States or any other restricted jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with local laws and regulations.
2. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including verification details when required. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
3. Use of the Platform
Cryptex provides access to digital asset investment products, deposit and withdrawal tools, referral features, and related services. You agree to use these services responsibly, refrain from fraudulent or abusive behaviour, and follow any guidelines or policies we may introduce from time to time.
4. Investment Products
All investment products presented on the platform include predefined terms such as duration, yield, lockup period, and payout frequency. By choosing a product, you accept these terms and understand that your funds will be locked for the duration of the contract. Cryptex does not provide personalised financial advice.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
Users may deposit supported digital assets and request withdrawals to approved external wallets. Withdrawal requests may be manually reviewed for security and compliance reasons. Fees, if applicable, will be displayed before transactions are submitted.
6. Referral and Affiliate Programm
All users automatically participate in our referral programm. Rewards, bonuses, and eligibility criteria may vary over time and are subject to change. Any misuse of the referral system may result in removal from the programm or account suspension.
7. Risk Acknowledgement
Participation in digital asset investments carries inherent risks, including but not limited to loss of capital and market volatility. Cryptex cannot guarantee returns or future performance. You should review product terms carefully and ensure you understand the associated risks before investing.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities on the platform. This includes attempting to manipulate systems, exploit vulnerabilities, or compromise other users’ accounts or data.

Cryptex reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in suspicious activity, or poses a security risk to the platform or other users.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
Cryptex is not responsible for losses that occur as a result of market conditions, user error, technical issues, or external events outside our control. The platform is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
